Emovez Approach & Solution

The subject being a highly niche one, Emovez had a number of rounds of discussion with the management team of the UniDEL Group led by the Executive Director.

A first cut of the script was drafted and presented to the client. The script was then perused by the management team of the Group and underwent significant iterations following which it was approved and passed on to the next stage. Valuable inputs were received from the Executive Director of the Group at this stage.

The visual representation of the script was then worked on and a rough story board was presented to the client. Minor changes were recommended following which the final story board along with the time line for each visual / dialogue was presented to the client. On approval the story board was passed on to the chief cinematographer.

The permission for shooting was procured from different clients of the Group

Clients who could not provide permission due to security reasons were identified.

The camera crew along with the director went on a 10 day shooting schedule. The shooting was required across 5 cities in India viz., Mumbai, Hyderabad, Badrichinam, Bangalore and Chennai.

Stock shots were hunted for and purchased as substitute for areas where shooting permission was not possible. Besides that still pictures were also resourced from various image agencies.

Voice Samples of professional voice over artists were presented to the client to choose following which a professional sound studio was hired to record the 13 minute commentary.

The live footage and the stock shots were digitized in .TIFF format and edited.

The supporting computer graphics, animations, effects were created

The final mixing of voice, computer graphics, animations, effects and edited video footage was done.

Music with the right tempo and pace was composed, approved and loaded into the edited and post-produced film.
