The Challenge
Travel Khazana, belonging to a highly unorganized industry in India, received data, orders, bookings, and updates in various formats from all over the world. The challenge was to integrate all these and route it to a centralized back-end system accessible to customers, staff members and the Travel Khazana management all over at the same time.
It was inevitable to implement a system to enable real time updates of Hotels, Packages, Tours, Cars, Offers and their tariff from time to time in an efficient way. The Travel & Tour business functions in a dual tariff mode owing to which different tariffs were required to be published on the system for customers to access the tariff depending on their geographic locations.
The organization competing with world players required a sound positioning to create a corporate/brand identity. It was compelling to achieve a conceptual position at par with competitors.
