• The Emovez team studied the format of the current project management process followed at Nabcons and suggested the required modifications to make the new system more user friendly & efficient.
• Development of a system to sort the projects based on the areas of specialization (e.g. Irrigation, Plantation & Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, etc.)
• Based on the valuable feedback of the officers at the Bank, required modifications and validation / testing were carried out.
