The Emovez approach & solution

• The Emovez team studied other banking websites, international and Indian and had several meetings with the Bank in order to acquire a clear understanding of the banking domain.
• A design principle was laid down with the key elements on the home page and other pages identified.
• Based on the above strategy several layouts were created and a joint panel of Emovez and the Bank finalized a design.
• A design template was created for the homepage, the main sections, sub-sections and sections under the sub-sections.
• All the information available on the current website was simultaneously analyzed, checked and re-written. The new copy matter was then passed onto the concerned department for approvals.
• Based on the valuable feedback of the departments the final copy was drafted and added into the pages.
• Each product was treated as a separate message and was attached to relevant information available on the website (e.g. housing loan page carries a banner advertisement for Home Improvement Loan).
• Banking tools like EMI Calculator, Branch Locator, Keyword Search, Inquiry, etc. were studied on different websites and developed taking into consideration the administration ease and efficiency.
