The Emovez approach & solution

• The Emovez team studied the exact process of the tender management & the guidelines laid down by CVC for creating the Summary of Contracts and had several meetings with the Bank in order to acquire a clear understanding of the exact requirement.
• Based on the above strategy, Emovez team laid down the step by step process to upload the tender document and then create a central database for all tenders published from across country.
• A dummy module was created for the management of tenders.
• Based on the valuable feedback of the officers at the Bank, required modifications and validation / testing were carried out.
